(A) If you have not receive any response from our internal email system from the buyer, login and go to Selling left hand side menu bar, click on the Sold Items link that will display auctions you have sold, along with each buyer's contact information, including their phone number. Keep in mind that the buyer may be on holiday, has had a personal emergency in the family or has been unable to respond to email due to technical reasons.
