The only reason to date that we have found is if you have created Custom Categories for your store.
You must update your categories array, if you do not, when you try to sell an item, the catergory section of the auction form will not work.
The below notice appears after you created your Custom Categories.
You have made changes to your category structure, please update those changes by clicking [ HERE ] when you have finished.
