(A) To register for Linkmarketdirect.com UK Online Auction Website Services, go to our 'Register' link. Link can be found in the top menu bar or follow this link. http://www.linkmarketdirect.com/register.php Members must be 18 years in age to join.
There are two type's of account. Individual & Business accounts. Both can run shopping stores.
(A) We do not send out registration emails to our customers now. All new users are approved automatically. However before you can place an item to auction you must get verified. All members must make a small payment to our account usually around 5 pence. We then place a verified endorsement badge next to your user name. Linkmarketdirect.com uses this prefered approach, as emails are easily set up, where as payments from an individuals bank accounts are traceable and are a better measure in regards to security and a members validity. (A) Login to your account, click on 'Members Area' link in the top menu bar. In the main body of your page you will see colourful icons named by task. Click on the far right icon & link called My Account you should now see your Main Details.
You can now update all your personal information. Password, Address details, Newsletter subscriptions and more.
Under your icons you will now see other sub menus, from here you can continue to

Send reports on users whom have broken the terms of linkmarketdirect.com & its code of online practice.
(A) If you have lost or forgotten your password or username go to http://www.linkmarketdirect.com/retrieve_password.php
(A) You must first be a registered member. Once you have registered simply login to your account and click on the Sell link in the top menu bar. Then click on Auction, Store, or Both. 1. Select your general category, then your sub-categories. Click Next 2. Edit title description [html accepted] of your item. Click Next. 3. Set up your auction details. Dutch or standard auction, Price of item, buy out options, length of auction time, images upload etc. Click Next. Continue the procedure to you reach the end of the auction form. If you what to go back or forward at any stage to edit or change your details, you can by using the Previous or Next Buttons.
Once you get to the end of the form remember to click on Save as Draft or Sell Now. If you do not save your auction and you browse away from the auction form your details will be lost.
Do not worry, you are guided through this process. Under each box is information to help you with the auction submitting process. (A) Yes. Click on Members link, top menu, once you have logged into your account. Click on Selling, you should then see your listed items. To the right of your items you will see edit item. Click on this link to revise your listing. From this page you can also delete your listing should you wish to do so.
(A) Yes. When you set up your auction you have the option to automatically relist any item. If you did not set up this option when you submitted your auction and it has now expired, go to your account find Selling left hand menu bar in your account area, and click on Closed Auctions.
From here you will be able to re-submit any auction. Please note: all finished & used auctions are deleted after 30 days. (A) If you have not receive any response from our internal email system from the buyer, login and go to Selling left hand side menu bar, click on the Sold Items link that will display auctions you have sold, along with each buyer's contact information, including their phone number. Keep in mind that the buyer may be on holiday, has had a personal emergency in the family or has been unable to respond to email due to technical reasons.

(A) Login to your account, once logged in go to an Auction that you are interested in. On the Auctioneers page you will find a Bidding Box displayed under the thumbnail image on the left side of the Auction page and at the bottom of an auction page. You can use these boxes to place your bid. Or if the Auction your interested in has a Buy Out option then you can purchase the item there and then.
(A) Link Market Direct Auction System will automatically notify you via email if you are outbid on any auction items. (A) Login to your account. Look under Bidding menu, left hand side of your page. You will see a link to Current Bids From here you can keep track on all the items you are bidding on. You can also view and edit the following.

» Invoices Received » Watched Items » Favorite Stores (A) Sign in to your account. Look to the Menu running down the left hand side of the page. From here you should see My Store & under that Subscription Setup click on this link and choose your preferred subscription. From this menu area you can update your store details, store templates, edit custom categories & more. My Store
» Subscription Setup » Main Settings » Store Pages » Custom Categories The only reason to date that we have found is if you have created Custom Categories for your store.
You must update your categories array, if you do not, when you try to sell an item, the catergory section of the auction form will not work.
The below notice appears after you created your Custom Categories.

(A) First login to your account. Download Bulk Listings from your left hand Menu or from this link. http://www.linkmarketdirect.com/Bulk.zip
Step 1
Open the zip file then click on LinkMarketDirect Auction Lister click Run
Enter your Username & Password
Click Apply then Check Login
If your conection is good you will receive a login Successful message.
Step 2
Press Update to retrieve recent features.
Then press Close once the new feartures have updated.
A new window will open, go to top Menu & press on Bulklist from here you can set up individual Auctions & then upload all Auctions to Link Market Direct.
